Forum Post: BQ34Z100 SoC dropping to zero below 15C

I have a a BQ34Z100 connected to a single cell LiFePO 26650 using chem type 420.  If the ambient temperature drops below approximately 15C the SoC drops to zero.  Once the temperature returns above 20C the SoC returns to the previous value.  I am using the internal temp sensor.  I have attached the gg file.
