The PSU is 0-30 @ 3A :- thing that i have done which seem to improve a little;-
I have removed the diode DVCC from VOUT that goes back to the VCC pin and the PSU is now stable, but still lacking in current output. Also increased CVCC to 1U @16V
I have hard wired a short 20SWG connection from CIN to the top of the M1 FET
I have doubled the CIN and COUT capacitors.
Having done the above the wave forms are now more representative of the simulations, how ever I am now getting some ringing on the SW line and the M2 drive signal.
I have tried various small caps in all associated spaces but they do not have any real effect.
The inductor is making slightly less noise.
Currently the Rsense is tracked to the CSG pin and GND along with the Cramp and Rfb1 returns, @ my next opportunity I will lift the Rsense return and connect it directly to the CSG pin @ which point i will send waveform images.
Any thoughts on how to reduce the ringing?
