It looks like the pack needs to be re-calibrated. The voltage measurement is off. The CC Gain shows that the pack has a 476 kohm sense resistor, so something was not right with the calibration. But, even with the calibration problems, my gauge reported a non-zero FCC. Can you send your schematic for review?
