To whomever can be of assistance.

I have created this Circuit using the Webench software. When the PCB was returned and we attempted to power up we had no success. I’m wondering if any anybody might see something that could help to debug. The circuit currently draws no current and the duty cycle seems to be off a little bit. Here are some characteristics from Webench.

Vin Min – 6.6V

Vin Max – 17V

Vout – 5V

Device - LM3150MH

Freq – 99.486 kHz

Duty Cycle – 29.647%

The above picture is what’s coming out of SW and going into the first leg of the inductor. Once it comes out on the other end it’s around 0.7V DC The Frequency appears to be 17khz, instead of 99khz and the duty cycle looks to be 6% instead of 30%. I have 6 volts on VCC, 12 on Vin, my enable is floating to VCC. Feedback line has about 0.7V DC.

Here is the other end of the inducter.

and here is a shot of the layout.

looking forward to hearing any help that you can provide.

Regards.
