Hi!
I'm looking into using the BQ24104 as a method of charging two lithium ion batteries in series. Can you tell me if this has a boosting feature? I.E. If my charging source has a voltage lower than 8.4V (two batteries in series) will this chip boost the input voltage to charge the batteries? From my limited power converter knowledge, this looks like a buck topology, but I could be wrong.
