Hi Alexander,

Yes, that could be a possible source of the error. Make sure to program the correct ChemID. The sequence of events for carrrying out a learning cycle are as follows: Set the Qmax and design capacity to what is shown in the data sheet, send SMB command 45 and word 0006 to turn on the FETs, discharge the pack down to termination voltae at C/5 rate, let the cells relax for 5 hours or more then send the IT enable command-0021. Check to make sure the QEN and VOK in operation Status are set. Charge the pack to full capacity until taper curent is reached and the FC bit is set then let the cells relax for 2 hours. This is the point Qmax is learned - you will see your Maxerror changing to 3% and update status to 5%. subsequently, discharge the cells to termination voltage at C/5 rate. The Maxerror changes to 1% and update status to 6%. For further details see document SLUA334B-preparing optimized default flash constants for specific battery types

I dont know why your documents can't attach properly. I am able to do that with ease. Try zipping up your files and attach using the attach button.

Find attached the V160 of the senc file.
