Please advice Vcc voltage for each Test No.
Answer: I' m not sure but data shows current source is very stable and small difference between 5V and 40V

I think unit of fosc should be “kHz” but it’s unit is “V”.
Please explain content of fosc test and which voltages are measured.
Answer: the test result should be in KHz. I sent the message to the test engineer for clarification but did not get answer yet

Please explain content of Test No.8.
Pleas advice test content and which voltages are measured for Test No.15,16.
Also, please advice difference of Test No.15 and 16.
Answer: test# 16 is the comparator voltage threshold line regulation, Vcc 5V to 40V.
Test# 15 is not in device spec. It is an additional test. I believe is the comparator hysteresis
