Hey Thomas,

thank you very much for your reply. What I would like to do is to change the default values in the operation Cfg A (Table C-156), because my system needs different values  for example:

Write to Flash

Start

send 0x16 (slave address)

send command 0x77 (DataFlashSubClassID)

send lowbyte 0x40 (Subclass 64)

send highbyte 0x00

stop

Read from Flash

Start

send 0x16 (slave address)

command 0x78 (DataFlashSubClassPage 1)

restart

send 0x17 (slave address + read bit)

receiving 32 bytes ( is the first byte stands for the following number of bytes or is it always 32 bytes?)

NACK

stop

How can I change just the 2 bytes in the Register Cfg A (I need  CC1 -> 0; CC0 -> 1 [2 cell] and TEMP 1 ->1; TEMP0 -> 0; [greater value of TS1 or TS2 Inputs]) ?

Is it always necessary to write first to the flash then to read out after that change bytes and write it back? What is ment by Offset? Can you please give me an example?

I am using a microcontroller AT Mega 88.
