Anthony,
We are definitely headed in the right direction. I lifted the ground from C42 and connected it to the GND that I attached the thermal pad to. This is a through hole GND for a NOPOP Y-Cap below the controller. I also placed a 4.7u 50V from the output vltage node next to C41, and the R50 GND point. This cleaned the jitter up quite a bit. The attached image was captured at 20Vout and 1A DC load. The frequency is a little low but, it does not jump around nearly as much. There is a duty cycle and slight time shift on the switch node of the attached image.
The compensation values have not been optimized for the DAC control R60 value. I can optimize the compensation and retest. Do you think this is the best next step? Or does the value of the capacitor from the output to the sense R50 GND node more critical and need to be optimized?
Thanks for the help!
