What is the minimum voltage for the safe pin when it goes high?
The datasheet shows Voh min = Vreg2.5 - 0.5V = 1.91V, but footnote (1) suggests this spec is only for RC[0:7] bus.
Source current Isafe is specified at SAFE = Vreg25 - 0.6V = 1.81V.
