The Fusion GUI is designed to provide a basic functioning rail design that will work for many applications but most customers will make modifications based on their own typical component vendors and rail performance requirements.
The third image for the 5V system would produce a functioning power rail but depending on the load's requirements for ripple/noise may require additional output capacitance.
The inductor chosen by the Select Inductor checkbox will give a inductance value that is appropriate for the design but limitations on the component database may cause it to pick a component part number that may not be the most appropriate from a size or current handling capacity, I would double check this selection.
