Unfortunalely, my insurance doesn't cover those types of device.  You are obviously going to test this out on yourself first of course?!

I would highly recommend contacting a biomedical engineering company and arrange to speak directly with one of their engineers.  They may already have an approved device available that has gone through animal testing at least.  Then contact your local law firm.  Find out just how much the highest award has been against someone who has implanted an unregulated electronic device in a human was and what happened to said designer of that device.
