Forum Post: TPS76901-HT Vref value and tolerance

Please confirm the Vref voltage and tolerance for the TPS76901-HT voltage regulator (Actual part TPS76901SHKJ).

SLVS959B Revised April 2010 calls out 1.127 volts

SLVS959C Revised April 2012 calls out 1.160 volts

I have measured Vref on 4 parts:

Vref = 1.163, 1.142, 1.162 and 1.152.

How is Vref affected at high temperatures such as 150 Celsius?

Board will be used at 150 Celsius.
