Thank you for the interest in my issue. I'm an amateur at designing switch-mode boost converter circuits, so bare with me. Here are answers to your questions.
The frequency components in the voltage output are all well below 20MHz.
My bulk capacitor has an ESR of 900 mOhm.
My minimum current is 20mA and maximum curent is 1A.
I'm attaching a document that shows my schematic, BOM, and waveforms that I've collected.
My PCB layout is a lot different than the suggested layout on the eval board. My traces are thinner and longer between components. How could this affect the voltage ripple? Does the stray inductance on the PCB traces have an effect?
