Thank you for your help. Actually I have increased R22 to the maximum value as the datasheet table list. But it does not help. I have contacted the local TI office,but they can do nothing just tell me to remove R22 to disable both PMOD and FOD. I do not think my customers will accept the answer. They think if the IC have this feature why it does not work well. May be the problem is Nexus4. But I can not approve that.
There is another question to ask you. I know that the BQ51013A have a EPT for charge done indication. But I do not know exactly the circuit connect to TS-CTRL. Should I connect this pin to a battery voltage pin that a charge IC output? Or I just connect the circuit as the BQ51013X EVM schematic?
