I am using LM 3150 to drive power output. I am looking to use UCC27201 between the LM3150 and the power FETS to increase the drving capability. I am looking to use higher power Fets with lower Rds, LM3150 has limitation on this as the Qgate is higher than LM3150 can handle. ANy suggestion or better way? Thanks
