Hi guys!
I have a problem I hope you can helpe me solve. I am building a buck voltage regulator for input voltages between 50-300v. The problem is that the power mosfet I use as switch overheats and it blows after short time. I think this heating problem occurs because the mosfet is not propperly switched on and off. Therefor I am looking for a bootstrap (or maybe it is called a high side?) gate driver that can cope with such high voltages. But so far I have not any.
Do you have any suggestions?
