I would recommend the bq500410A (12V) configured as a Single coil, data sheet figure 6.
The bq500410A can be configured with 1, 2 or 3 coils.
The bq500210 power section is designed to operate at 19V +/-1V. Conversion to 12V may be possible but there is some risk.
