Hi Amit,
You can always use higher vlaue resistors so that the resistor divider in series is 4M Ohms as the fixed version uses. This will only add 1uA to your system. If you would like less components you can look into the 5V fixed version of the TPS3808 or you can look into the TLV803M. TLV803 is an open drain 3-pin device.
